Our client is global company that primarily specializes in the production and distribution of high-quality chemicals. The company has a significant international presence with operations in several countries and a strong emphasis on research and development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Business Development and Technical departments.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings.
  • Prepare, distribute, and maintain correspondence, reports, and documentation.
  • Maintain business development templates and tools for team use.
  • Assist with business development projects, ensuring tasks and milestones are tracked.
  • Facilitate and plan conferences, team meetings, and other events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare materials for business development initiatives.
  • Support project tracking, ensuring deadlines are met and milestones are achieved.
  • Support product quality management for process oils and waxes.
  • Manage regional product data and documentation, including technical data sheets, customer quality requirements, and quality reporting.
  • Handle supply and product sample management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or related technical field is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems, specifically JD Edwards Enterprise One (JDE E1).
  • Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) is ideal.
  • Ability to quickly learn industry-specific processes, products, and application.
