We are partnering with our client, a prominent company in the distribution and wholesale industry, to find a Staff Accountant to join their growing accounting team. Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Assist with month-end close preparations and financial reconciliations
• Support various ad hoc accounting tasks as needed
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate reporting

Key Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably at a staff level focused on AP, AR, reconciliations, month-end close, and GL accounting
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 
• CPA or CPA Eligible preferred
• Experience in a corporate accounting department is highly preferred
• Must be comfortable working onsite 4 days per week to engage with the team and operations
