One of the most influential professional networking companies is seeking a Senior Billing Associate to assist with backlog. This is a long term contract role located in the Flatiron area.

Job Duties:

• Resolve member inquiries
• Work closely with the Sales and Member Success teams to assist with internal billing requests
• Research payment and billing discrepancies
• Review contracts to ensure accurate billing
• Record payments
• Lead payment collection efforts

Requirements:

• Experience in high volume billing, preferably in the subscription/membership space
• Strong organization skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
