Our client, a global retail and manufacturing conglomerate, is seeking a talented Senior Accounting Analyst to join their expanding team. As a Senior Accounting Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial reporting, accounting operations, and the company’s broader accounting functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, monthly close processes, and management reporting for a global luxury retail and manufacturing conglomerate
• Analyze financial data related to inventory, cost of goods sold, and production processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Help manage and track inventory, including reconciliation, valuation, and reporting, while ensuring the integration of inventory data across systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain and operations, to ensure accurate accounting for inventory and related costs
• Assist with audits, internal controls, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards
• Provide recommendations for process improvements to optimize accounting practices and enhance operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or relevant certification is a plus)
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a background in public accounting or a combination of public and private accounting experience
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, or related industries, with an understanding of inventory accounting
• Exposure to cost accounting, financial reporting, and monthly/quarterly/yearly close processes
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements, particularly for inventory and cost of goods sold
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
