We’re looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to join our team and support the Director of Accounting in managing accounting functions, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, and maintaining the accuracy of financial records. In this role, you'll contribute to financial reports, reconciliations, process improvements, and collaborate across teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations; support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and management analysis for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Tax, Legal) on financial transactions.
• Identify and recommend process improvements, including automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX regulations, and company policies.
• Assist in special projects such as system implementations and acquisitions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Public Accounting, or Public/Private Experience in Retail, CPG, Manufacture or related industries
• CPA or working toward CPA preferred
• 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
