We're partnering with a recently acquired healthcare organization on a search for a newly created Senior Accountant position. This acquisition was made with a view to scale east coast operations and presence from this hub, so you'll be joining a fast growing business at the most exciting time and have continuous opportunities to make an impact.

In this position, you'll play a key role in driving process improvements and automation, working through complex accounting items after the recent cash to GAAP conversion, reducing monthly close time, upgrading systems and improving cross-functional communication.

One of the main goals is for you to grow into an Accounting Manager in the next 2 years, so there's a clear path of progression from day one. If you're looking to grow your career and skill set quickly, this is the perfect opportunity.

This role will initially be remote before transitioning to 2-3 days per week in-office.
