Senior Accountant
Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Accountant to join their growing team in El Segundo, CA. This role is a critical part of our accounting department and will play a pivotal role in supporting the team’s success. Key Responsibilities:
Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
Post accrual and journal entries.
Prepare financial statements.
Maintain the general ledger and oversee journal entries.
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Assist with monthly KPI reporting.
Minimum Qualifications (MITS):
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in corporate accounting or in financial Services
Proficiency in NetSuite (experience leading a migration or serving as an in-house expert is highly desirable).
Strong experience managing month-end processes, bank and credit card reconciliations, and accounts payable (AP).
Demonstrated stability and a clear interest in long-term growth, with aspirations to manage others in the future.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our accounting operations. As the company grows, there are plans to divide responsibilities between corporate and fund accounting, presenting growth opportunities for team members. While the position is primarily on-site, hybrid flexibility may be offered to candidates of exceptional experience.
