Position: M&A Accounting Lead
Location: REMOTE (Travel to newly acquired companies required )

What You’ll Do:

• Play a key role in integrating newly acquired companies and standing up accounting functions.
• Work directly with the VP Finance to create and maintain groupwide reporting cadences.
• Lead post-close reviews and manage the transition of accounting processes in alignment with US GAAP, ASC 805, and ASC 606.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with management teams from newly acquired companies to ensure smooth integration.

What We’re Looking For:

• Controllers, Accounting Managers, and PE Accountants with a public accounting background (CPA preferred)
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 805, ASC 606, and inventory accounting
• Proven experience in M&A integration (you know your way around post-close adjustments)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Willingness to travel for onboarding new acquisitions

Salary Range: $150,000 - $165,000
