We’re partnering with a fast-growing financial services company on the search for an FP&A Analyst to join their NYC team. This is a global role supporting both North America and international operations, offering strong mentorship, broad exposure, and the chance to make a real impact across the business.

Reporting into the Head of FP&A, you’ll support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ad hoc analysis, while also working closely with senior leaders across departments. The team is lean, collaborative, and entrepreneurial—ideal for someone early in their career who’s looking for a high-growth environment.

What you’ll do:

• Own monthly and quarterly reporting and help develop dashboards and performance insights
• Support global budgeting and forecasting cycles, including variance analysis and scenario planning
• Partner with senior business leaders to support strategic decision-making
• Work on special projects across different regions and business units
• Contribute to the continued buildout of FP&A processes and tools

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years’ FP&A or accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs as a minimum)
• Understanding of financial statements and corporate finance fundamentals
• Proactive, curious, low-ego personality with strong communication skills
• Bonus points for experience in financial services
