What You’ll Do:

• Maintain precise financial records and ensure seamless accounting operations
• Process commission payments accurately and on time
• Reconcile sales, receivables, and deposit records to support financial integrity
• Work closely with management, sales teams, and department heads to streamline operations
• Leverage CRM tools to stay organized and optimize reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies quickly
• Build strong relationships across departments to enhance efficiency and success

What You Bring to the Team:

• 2+ years of experience in transportation, fleet, or dealership accountin
• A strong foundation in GAAP and accounting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & financial management systems
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to financial accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus!
