Are you eager to make an impact in your community's healthcare service? We are assisting an award winning healthcare provider find a HR Director. This role will work closely with the CEO and CFO to strategize on internal benefit offerings, employee engagement, retention, employee relations and recruitment.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 years of progressive HR experience
• Must have experience working in a Critical Access Hospital setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong experience in analyzing HR data and making recommendations to the board
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration or Business Administration

Job Duties:

• Oversee Recruitment and develop strategies to address workforce shortages
• Manage onboarding programs to provide a great experience to new team members
• Implement a Learning Management System to foster an environment of continuous learning
• Work to enhance employee wellness program
• Evaluate and manage the compensation and benefits programs
