A respected Investment Group with a diverse global portfolio is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist - COUPA to join their growing team. This role will focus on managing high-volume accounts payable transactions for the firm’s construction and data center division, with an emphasis on processing complex invoices and optimizing Coupa processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage complex invoice processing, including fixed asset and procurement-related invoices
• Support Coupa system optimization and assist with post-implementation improvements
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with maintaining internal controls and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to manage inquiries and issues
• Assist in monthly reporting and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume or complex invoice environment (100+ invoices/day)
• Strong experience with accounts payable processes and invoice management
• Experience with Coupais required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
