King City, CA | Short-Term Assignment

We are seeking an experienced Accountant for a temporary assignment with a respected organization in the agriculture/manufacturing sector. This short-term opportunity is ideal for professionals skilled in fixed assets, GL systems, and payroll-related reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and process PTO balances

• Set up and update fixed asset GL cards in MS Dynamics 365

• Compute and update depreciation schedules

• Obtain PTO reports from payroll service provider

• Perform missing calculations and ensure accuracy in records

• Support general ledger updates in MS Dynamics 365

Qualifications:

Strong accounting background with attention to detail
Experience with MS Dynamics 365 (preferred)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Available to start immediately for a short-term project

Salary: $70,000-85,000
