What Will You Be Doing?

• Lead the Month-End Close Process: Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and financial integrity throughout the process.
• Master WIP (Work in Progress) Accounting: Track and report project costs and progress with precision, maintaining financial clarity across all projects.
• Team Leadership: Take charge of office operations, manage the office team, and provide hands-on leadership.
• Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll functions, including managing prevailing wages, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights that will guide data-driven decisions to fuel company growth.

What Are We Looking For?

• A minimum of 7+ years of accounting experience in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in WIP accounting in the construction or manufacturing industry.
• A degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience supporting HR functions and managing office operations.
