Growing company is seeking a new Controller due to a retirement. This role offers extensive room for growth due to the company's acquisition strategy and strong sales team. This role will assist with integrating a new acquisition and leading the accounting department.

Job Duties:

• percentage of completion, accruals, reserves, cash forecasting, and financial reporting
• improving month-end reporting efficiency and ensuring compliance with ASC 606 for larger revenue streams
• manage accounts receivable across all partner companies 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Expertise is Revenue ASC 606 
• Experience overseeing the closing periods
• Experience with private equity
