Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations: reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, audits, and internal controls

• Manage 3 General Accountants, 2 AP team members, and dotted-line oversight of AR team

• Own and improve accounting systems and processes for increased accuracy and efficiency

• Be a true business partner across departments, supporting decision-making with reliable financial insights

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• 8+ years of experience, including 3+ in a leadership role

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs a must!)

• Confident communicator and hands-on leader—ready to dive in and own your lane

• Bonus points for CPA, MBA

Compensation & Perks:

• Competitive Salary: $125–$170K + discretionary bonus
