We are seeking a dynamic Accounting Manager to join a growing team in a corporate environment with a mix of public/private experience or all corporate accounting and operations. The ideal Accounting Manager stepping into this role must be comfortable with working closely with executive leadership, process enhancements and streamlining, strategically oriented to help drive the business and create a scalable environment as the organization grows. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and team activities
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior accounting staff
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to support financial and operational goals
• Participate in strategic decision-making, providing financial insight to senior leadership

Key Qualifications:

• CPA certification strongly preferred, will consider candidates in the process of obtaining it
• Public/private mix ideal, will consider strong Accounting Managers from distribution and storage, manufacture, or other related industries
• At least 2+ years of accounting leadership experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team of 4+ accounting professionals
• Solid work continuity—we are looking for candidates with a stable career path and no job hopping
• CPA certification strongly preferred, will consider candidates in the process of obtaining it
• Comfortable being onsite 3 days per week to collaborate with the team and leadership
